There are two methods of completing the Landlord Registration requirement: On-line registration and mail-in registration form.

In order to use the on-line registration, you must have the registration code that was mailed to you. The registration code will allow you to login to the web site and is used to protect your information. If you do not have a registration code, you must use the mail-in registration form.
