Highway Division

The Manchester Highway Division is responsible for maintaining all Town roads. Crews work throughout the year patching potholes, replacing street signs, sweeping streets, cleaning catch basins and culverts, milling, resurfacing and striping roadways, removing leaves, replacing curbs,  clearing snow and ice and providing a variety of other services.
