Rules and Regulations Governing Right of Way Permits

Section 14-1 of the Town of Manchester Code of Ordinances requires that the Board of Directors adopt such regulations as it deems fitting, necessary or proper to control the issuances of permits for street work and work to be done under said permit. Any work within Town right-of-way or work on private property that will impact Town right-of-way will require a Right of Way Permit.

Section 14-2 of the Town of Manchester Code of Ordinances requires the Director of Public Works, with express approval from the Town Planning and Zoning Commission, to compile and amend a technical manual for all work for which a permit is required.
